Reliving Manila Pride Parade 2023: A Historic Celebration of Love and Unity.

 Last year, in June 2023, I had the incredible opportunity to attend the Manila Pride Parade at QC City Circle. The event was a vibrant celebration of love, diversity, and acceptance, drawing a record-breaking crowd of 110,000 participants, making it the largest Pride event in Southeast Asia. The atmosphere was electric, with lively performances from talented Pinoy Drag Queens who dazzled the audience with their charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent. The parade was not just a celebration but a powerful statement of unity and pride, marking a historic moment for the LGBTQ+ community in the Philippines. We 👏 made 👏 HISTORY 👏 that day, and the energy was palpable throughout the entire event.

As we celebrate Manila Pride Parade 2024 today, I find myself reminiscing about the unforgettable experiences from last year's parade. The QC City Circle once again becomes a beacon of love and solidarity, reminding us of the progress we have made and the importance of continuing our fight for equality.
