First, let's talk about the Lazada Multicooker itself. This compact appliance is designed to handle various cooking tasks, making it an ideal addition to any small kitchen. Whether you're sautéing, frying, or steaming, this multicooker has got you covered. It's particularly beneficial for those who have limited kitchen space but still want to prepare delicious and healthy meals at home.

Sauteed Mixed Veggies with Crab Paste
For the first dish, I decided to make Sauteed Mixed Veggies with Crab Paste. Here's a quick rundown of the ingredients and steps:

Ingredients:
Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, and snap peas)
  • 1 tablespoon of crab paste
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon of cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Steps:
  1. Preheat the Multicooker: Set the multicooker to sauté mode and let it heat up.
  2. Add Oil and Garlic: Pour in the cooking oil and add the minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add Vegetables: Toss in the mixed veggies and sauté for a few minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Add Crab Paste: Stir in the crab paste, making sure to coat all the vegetables evenly.
  5. Season: Add salt and pepper to taste. Continue to cook until the vegetables are tender.
  6. Fried Cauliflower
Next up, I made Fried Cauliflower. This crispy and flavorful dish is a great side or snack.

Ingredients:
  • 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • Cooking oil for frying
Steps:
  1. Prepare the Batter: In a bowl, mix the flour, water, salt, and paprika until smooth.
  2. Coat the Cauliflower: Dip the cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated.
  3. Heat the Oil: Set the multicooker to fry mode and heat the cooking oil.
  4. Fry the Cauliflower: Fry the coated florets in batches until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Drain and Serve: Remove the fried cauliflower and let it drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
  6. Cooking Rice with the Multicooker
Finally, I showed how easy it is to cook rice using the Lazada Multicooker. This step is straightforward and a must-know for anyone using a multicooker.

Steps:
  1. Measure and Rinse: Measure your desired amount of rice and rinse it under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Add Water: Place the rinsed rice in the multicooker and add the appropriate amount of water.
  3. Set to Cook: Close the lid and set the multicooker to rice cooking mode.
  4. Fluff and Serve: Once the rice is done, fluff it with a fork and serve.

Cooking with the Lazada Multicooker was a fantastic experience. This all-in-one appliance made meal preparation quick, easy, and enjoyable, perfect for my #MicroLiving lifestyle.
