Hello Tansyong Lovers! In this Vlog - I am going to talk about Philippine Social Security System - SSS and Pag-IBIG Fund (HDMF). I went to their office for a phone number update and unfortunately - seemed the process they performed is not in line with the convenience of the members. In addition, I don't understand for a simple "change on the account", they didn't use the advantage of the fast-growing technology that we've been using.
What do you think they could have been done better to serve its members accordingly?
