Stress Eating? Head to the Nearest Zark’s Burger Restaurant

Are you stress eating? Then head to the nearest Zark’s Burger Restaurant. Zark’s is gaining fame for its unique burger presentation, which truly stimulates your appetite. With locations sprouting up all over Metro Manila, it’s easier than ever to get your hands on one of their mouth-watering creations.

I personally love Zark’s because the value you get for your money is unparalleled. One of their top-selling burgers, the "Jaw Breaker," features bacon, two patties, cheese, and spam topped with tomatoes. The serving size is perfectly described by the phrase “Siksik, Liglig at Umaapaw.” While not the healthiest option, their burgers are undeniably delicious and worth every peso.

Many of Zark’s offerings come with unlimited drinks like lemonade and iced tea. Their burgers are accompanied by free potato fries, with the cheesy fries being a particular favorite of mine. The buns and patties are perfectly matched in size, and for the price, the portions are incredibly satisfying. Just be prepared to feel pleasantly stuffed after your meal.

Zark’s Burger is a simple restaurant that serves perfectly juicy burgers, but be ready for a long queue of customers. It's not ideal for takeout, as the burgers can lose their greasy goodness when wrapped in aluminum foil, becoming dry and less appetizing. Therefore, I highly recommend dining in to enjoy the burgers at their best.

You can customize your burger with add-ons like mozzarella cheese, fried eggs, and veggies for an additional PHP30. Despite the slight cost, the enhanced flavors are well worth it.

Zark’s Burger stands out as the best and largest burger I've ever had in the Philippines. Their innovative combinations of ingredients and flavors cater to everyone's cravings. They also offer cheesy and beefy nacho chips that are simply irresistible. Plus, if you can finish one of their largest burgers with fries within a limited time, you won’t have to pay for it! Zark’s Burger is truly a must-visit for any burger enthusiast.

Lighten Your Easter Sunday Get Up.

Happy Easter Sunday! Christ has risen and so we have to celebrate it in the lighter way possible.

Today, before going to the church I had hard time to pick what to wear in proportion to the celebration of Christ’s Victory – saving the world.

I opted to wear pink polo. It is slim-fit and the small size truly fits me. Its brand is UNIQLO with Rafael design – with tiny stripes and not visible far away.  I love the colour because it is pretty vibrant.

Polo from UNIQLO, Pants from MUS JEANS and shoes from CONVERSE.

For my trouser, I wore MUS JEANS (jeans intelligence fashion) , it is a chino and not jeans at all. I love the cotton fabric which gives comfortability especially if I am moving intensely. The metallic light gray is obviously fun partnered with the vibrant pink polo. I like the cut – it really embraces my legs.

My pair of shoes is CONVERSE and the style is “Wave Racer Ox”. I love the combination of the colours ocean blue and neon orange. It looks quite sporty and it balances my collared top – formal versus sporty is equals to casual looks.

10 Things To Do To Maximize Holy Week Vacation.

Everyone is excited about this 2016 summer, especially that Holy Week is about to come. You have enough time to do what’s on your bucket list.   But for some- still they don’t have ideas on what to do.

Well, let me share with you what best activity that suits you, just to maximize your vacation.

    Go out with your friends

A simple drinking session with the guitar is perfect to celebrate your friendship. I knew that it has been a long time when you guys met due to each other’s busy life.

    Go to the nearby beaches

Summer comes only once a year and summer is associated with the beach. Grab your backpack and go to the nearest beach possible.

    Try extreme yet fun activities

    – Everyone deserves to be crazy at least once a year. You can try tremendous activities but make sure that its calculated risk. Try Surfing maybe!

    Do Something worth Reminiscing For

I suggest you do things that one day you will remember. Why not try Fire Dancing at the stretch of Puerto Galera or Boracay maybe.

Become Weird and do not follow the system of Uniformity

    – Being distinct will dominates your characteristic against others. Why not try a hair tattoo?  It maybe sounds peculiar but cool, isn’t it?

    Try SAMALAMIG

Anything that will cure your thirst, then try it.

    Eat or Sell HaluHalo

Halo-halo or Halo-halo is a popular Filipino dessert with mixtures of shaved ice and evaporated milk to which are added various boiled sweet beans, jello, and fruits. It is served in a tall glass or bowl. Remember, a Filipino Summer without halo-halo is suffering and incomplete.

    Stay inside your house

While others are enjoying outdoor activities, admit it – at some point in your life, staying inside your house is more fun rather than experiencing heatstroke outside. Particularly, if you are dwelling in an air-conditioned home with lots of food inside the ref and movies in your laptop.

Celebrate  The Moriones Festival in Marinduque

The Moriones is an annual festival held on Holy Week on the island of Marinduque, Philippines; and so it is timely. The "Moriones" are men and women in costumes and masks replicating the garb of biblical Roman soldiers as interpreted by local folks.

Go back to where you came from

Visiting the family is part of the culture of Filipinos during Holy Week.  Once in a while, it is very important to go back to the place where you truly belong despite your heavy schedule. And Holy Week is the best time for that during summer.

    Visita Iglesias

Visita Iglesia (Spanish for "Church Visit") is Holy Week devotion among Filipino Roman Catholics of visiting seven or fourteen churches in order to pray and meditate on the Passion of Jesus Christ. It commences in the late afternoon or early evening of Holy Thursday after the Mass of the Last Supper when the Blessed Sacrament is already reserved at the Altar of Repose for adoration inside the Church until midnight when it is concluded without solemnity since liturgically, the day of the Lord's Passion has already begun.

Sing Karaoke By Smule - My Studio and My Account.

These past few days, I was hooked up with this famous karaoke smart phone application “Sing Karaoke” by SMULE.

Smule is an American mobile app developer headquartered in San Francisco. The company specializes in developing social music-making applications for iOS, Android, and Amazon.com Kindle Fire.

The company was founded in 2008 by Jeff Smith and Stanford assistant professor Ge Wang. Wang commented that the goal of the apps was to draw users in and "by the time they realize they're making music, 'it's too late — they're already having fun.'" In December 2011, Smule acquired fellow music app developer Khush. On July 31, 2013, Wang stepped down from his role at Smule to return to Stanford full time.

Sing Karaoke is one of their product lines. It was launched August 8, 2012 and became the most downloadable application in Play Store among Filipinos, due to the fact Filipinos are music lover by nature and Karaoke is part of the culture.

Indeed, I installed the said karaoke in my Android phone one week from now. I started to record songs however if you are just signing up for free – only limited songs are available and some features are disabled.  I signed up their VIP package for only PHP45 per month and PHP450 for one year – not bad. And , walahhhhhhh! I got the VIP features – unlimited song choice, voice editor features, duet so famous singers and members and etc.

Truly, this social –karaoke is one of my favourite applications that I did use daily. It is somewhat a recreational for me – karaoke singing.

Here are my few songs in my SMULE ACCOUNT.

    1.  One Call Away By Charlie Puth and Jonathan Orbuda.

    • 2. A Whole New World.

    • Smule - Want You, Want Me by Jason Derulo and Jonathan Orbuda

In putting up a business, it is a must that people who manage it will seize “customer-driven service”. And that is what I experienced in one of the Dental Clinics along Boni Avenue.

Oral Wellness Dental Clinic is owned by Dr. Danielle Ericka Anne L. Rodriguez and Dr. Paul Michael D. Chua. It is situated along the stretch of Boni Avenue Corner Halcon st, Mandaluyong City near RTU. It is easy to find the said clinic because it’s the same building where Jollibee located at – Unit 101, 2nd floor.

Not surprisingly, Oral Wellness is a family-owned business due to the fact that the clinic is quite small and they only have one assistant. However, despite of the space scarcity, you can feel that the service is superb – in comparison to the dental clinics that I’ve been. Honestly speaking, especially if you are a policy holder of various HMO providers, you can easily distinguish if such clinic is revenue-oriented or patient-oriented by their service.

Prior of going to Oral Wellness, I visited one of the Dental Clinics situated in Robinson Pioneer to have my oral prophylaxis but I decided not to continue with procedure because they quote me the amount of PHP 1800 on the top of my HMO coverage.

“Sir, we need to do deep cleaning in your case” said the dentist.

Of course, I wasn’t born yesterday to accept the “up sell”. I went directly to Oral Wellness to set up an appointment. The assistant was very accommodating to look for an available schedule. She (the assistant) even kept in touch with me even if I did not make my original schedule and have rescheduled me for another time slot – it was huge plus for me as a patient.

Come the day of the said procedure, Dr Danielle attentively lends her hand to me answering my questions regarding my oral problems (eg. Braces, fixed bridge and tooth implant).

Tiyaga naman nito mag explain.”  She even spent time explaining what works best for me and I can sense that this woman is not a money-oriented. She did clean my teeth with full coverage of my HMO without asking me for additional payment unlike the previous dental clinic.

She always built rapport to me whenever there was an awkward moment. She always asked an apology whenever I got hurt due to the intense cleaning – I don’t care if it was genuine or not as long as I felt OK.

May iba kasi talagang matataray na dentist and we can’t do something about it”.  Good thing with these two dentists they are both visually pleasant to me, yung tipong di ka matatakot – positive vibes.

Dr. Danielle prescribed me an anti –bleeding thingy for my gums and gave me tips on how to maintain my gums healthy.

I left the clinic with a smile saying “Babalik ako ditto at sila ang mag aalaga ng ipin ko”.  Their service is worth paying for, yung ikaw nalang mahihiya pag binarat mo pa.

I will surely recommend this to my officemates who are also policy holder with Intellicare.
