SM Mall of Asia : The largest Mall in the World!

I was wondering what made the Philippines a Third World Country. In fact we have lots of  largest Malls in the World.

Today,  I will go and visit a Mall to search for an answer. This is not just an ordinary mall in the Philippines because it is known as one of the largest mall. Let me Check.

An eye catcher, Design of MOA

SM Mall of Asia aka MOA is huge Shopping Mall Owned by Henry Sy (SM Prime Holdings). It is actually the 2nd Largest Mall in the Philippines. 3rd largest Shopping Mall in Asia and guest what? 4rth largest shopping mall in the world. Well, that is true. I am already 1 year residing in Pasay, but I haven’t yet finished roaming the entire mall.

 It is located in Bay City, Pasay and don’t worry on getting lost because MOA is a famous landmark that everyone is aware. Just the EDSA and you can take a BUS from there bound to MOA. If you’re gonna take MRT, your last station is TAFT Rotonda and just ride a Jeepney bound to MOA for a minimum fair of P7.25 only for 5 mins.

Once you arrived, you will get mesmerized of the huge Globe in front of the Complex. The globe made the SM MOA popular because once you’ll visit MOA you won’t forget the amusing Round Thingy in front.  I recommend you, Try to visit during at night and you will get amazed of the Globe due to its Light Effects.

Just a heads up, the entire complex measures 42 hectares, the floor of the entire mall measures 390,193 square meters. The best thing about this complex, they started to develop it into a business center just like Makati. One E-com, Two E-com are two buildings for call centers and offices. Three E-Com as of right now is still under construction (07/26/2013). 200,000 People daily are visiting this Mall, are you one of that shoppers?
Aside of the Mall Itself, MOA also consist these establishments,  OneE-comCenter which provides space for offices for IT and BPO. Two E-com Center is the second tower where in Fine Dine Resto exists. Concert grounds, where in Lady Gaga used to perform. Esplanade wherein you can witness the Annual World Pyro Lympics every December. Ferris wheel aka MOA Eye wherein you can enjoy riding for only P150.00. Mall of Asia Arena is like Araneta Coliseum wherein Jennifer Lopes performed her concert. SM by the Bay where in innumerable Bars and Resto will rock your night. SMX Convention Center where in best location for expo. Theatre, food courts, Skating Ring, and Etc, Just name it and you will find it via Electronic directories in every Corner of the mall.

Undeniably, the mall was really large with great foods and shopping, the hypermarket was great too. During my college days, I was expecting a typical mall but this mall is so different and refreshing to stroll around and window shop. Truly, this mall gave an employment of any Filipinos. It really helps a lot.
